I love these Terrasoles Summit boots. I have foot pain often from a Morton's Neuroma and in the summer time live in sturdy flip-flops. Come winter when I put on closed toe shoes I can never find anything that feels right and often have pain. These have a nice broad toe and feel like houseshoes but have a sturdy, bouncy rubber sole. I got them before going on a trip to Kansas City and ended up wearing them everyday walking around sight seeing because they never once hurt my feet. The fabric look is different for me (I'm 61) but I think they are cute and funky. (I sprayed mine with a weatherproof spray for cloth that I found at Wal-Mart.) I usually wear a 6 1/2 but they come in whole sizes so ordered a 7. It's just right-not too tight or loose and I wear a sock with them. I got them in black but have just ordered another pair in Espresso because I like them so much.

Super comfy but not for snow or wet conditions! - Jennifer - Troy, MI
I recently bought a pair of Terrasole ballet flats that I fell in love with comfort-wise, so when I saw these boots, I had to get them. Unfortunately, they are going back.

While the boots feel true-to-size, I have larger ankles and these boots were nearly impossible to get on. The little finger-hold-pull-strap was too small as well, so it was hard to even get a finger in to try and help pull them on. Another factor was the material on the inside of the boot: while certainly plush and comfortable, it was "sticky" when trying to pull on over socks! Additionally, since they do have a plush exterior, they are in no way waterproof--there is no way I'd want to wear these in the snow/slush. I consider them more of a cold-weather-only walking boot.

Because I wanted to love them (and because I hate returning things) I struggled to pull both of them on and man, were they comfortable. Super comfy, in fact. But unfortunately it wasn't enough to overcome the other issues so I am sadly returning them.
